State Prog Admin Manager Prin - Job ID: 94689

This position provides strategic leadership for MMCAP by guiding key operational teams, including Marketing and Sales, Data and Analytics, Business Information, and Finance. The role ensures these teams deliver the information, services, and support needed to help MMCAP members meet their business goals. This position leads managers and consultants in developing market insights, setting marketing direction, and achieving financial targets that benefit the member facilities and business enterprise. As a member of the MMCAP leadership team, the role works closely with state financial and IT partners, and member organizations' IT and fiscal teams to support effective operations across the program.

Staff Attorney 2 - Job ID: 94054

MMCAP is seeking up to two (2) Attorneys for the Legal and Compliance unit to provide MMCAP leadership, staff, and membership with expert-level legal guidance and expertise through the drafting of contracts, requests for proposals, notices, and analyses that permit MMCAP to maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements while developing and sustaining positive working relationships with purchasing officials, pharmacists, auditors, contracting experts, and others who comprise and represent MMCAP's membership of over 50,000 participating facilities.

This position acts as a subject matter expert in the overall laws, rules, and policies that relate to and support programmatic goals held by all business areas that comprise MMCAP. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in developing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth, effective, and legal operation of MMCAP.
  • Providing legal review, technical assistance, and input to the MMCAP lines of businesses such as pharmaceuticals, wholesaler purchasing, and other healthcare products and services so that their respective business objectives are achieved in a legal and timely manner.
  • Providing legal and technical assistance to MMCAP leadership, staff, and external attorneys on significant issues affecting its business so that it may take appropriate action, if needed.
  • Providing legal advice in the development and evaluation of MMCAP policies and procedures for compliance with applicable laws.
